From Ocotber 2014 new in Bautzen, Germany is this nice 2007 MAN Roland 704 HiPrint. From the first truck on the yard until the launch of production it lasts 14 working days only, incl. installation, cleaning, PIAB connection and training. Of course this record time was possible only by a perfect hand-in-hand off all participants. Just in time for the years-end business the Lausitzer Druckhaus can produce on ten 70x100 units.
High Performance Cutting Line Perfecta 168TS with peripherals
New for the branch in Schwarzenberg, Germany: one high performance cutting line Perfecta 168TS, consisting of one loader BB7, loading the sheets from the right side to the back table of one Perfecta 168TS. The Perfecta unloader BA7 Automat unloads the cutted sheets. For simple handling of small quantities the system is completed by one pile lift type BSH 7-2000.

Delivered, assembled and started up an SM 74-5P2H, after prior cleaning at the warehouse, incl. installation of a re-cooling system to cool the water-cooled components
Schnellschneider Perfecta 115SE
Altenburger Spielkartenfabrik, Altenburg, January 2013:
Delivered and installed a cutting system with cutting width of 115 cm. The Perfecta 115SE replaces an old, outdated cutting machine, thereby eliminating bottlenecks during the production process.
MAN Roland 306+LV
Druckerei Steffens, Hamburg, Summer 2012:
Reconditioned, cleaned, delivered and started up a MAN Roland 306+LV, year of construction: 2004. After providing intense training for the operating personnel, the machine was sent to the production division. We continue to provide services to the customer.
